Plans by Mr Andrew W Stott to alter the Victoria Bar, Catherine Street, Arbroath, at an estimated cost of £1,100 were approved by Arbroath Dean of Guild Court. The layout of the public bar is to be altered. A new L-shaped bar will replace the existing straight counter. November 1970.
