Mr Alan Tomkins is one of Glasgow's well known bar, restaurant and club owners. Alan started out at Lautrec’s Wine Bar & Brasserie, Woodlands Terrace, Glasgow – 1982 and 2014 took over the very old and famous Western Club at Royal Exchange Square.
